Kyler Murray gets a bump in the Week 6 rankings, mostly due to his seven-touchdown performance against Baylor. The 4-1 Longhorns are feeling very confident, and their surprising defense is only giving up 19.8 points per game (31st in the nation), and 218 passing yards per game (65th in the nation).
Where the Sooners have been making hay this year is on the big passing plays from Murray to any number of his receivers, and that has been a bit of a bugaboo for the Longhorns, who have given up 18 plays of over 20 yards, 9 plays of over 30 yards and 6 plays of over 40 yards.
Look for a big day from Murray in what may start as a close game, but end up with the Sooners pulling away.
