No 10. Blake Bortles vs. Kansas City

BOAT is back. Well it was a better week for Jacksonville facing the Jets and that should lead quite nicely into this weekend against Kansas City as well.

It wasn’t New England, but Bortles had a really good game Sunday with 388 yards and a pair of touchdowns, his most yards in a game this season so far. Bortles was also efficient, which can make the Jaguars dangerous if he keeps it up. He went 29-of-38 on the day — not bad.

This matchup is good for Bortles for a couple reasons. Jacksonville have one of the best defenses in the league, but the Chiefs still have too many weapons not to put up points. Bortles plays up and should play up this week against that Chiefs secondary which still struggles a lot through the air.

If the Chiefs get the ball rolling and/or Bortles gets hot first, this matchup is great for him to build more confidence.
