Zach Ertz, Philadelphia Eagles – $7,500

Week 5 presents a perfect scenario for the highly-targeted and useful Zach Ertz of the Philadelphia Eagles. Ertz comes into Week 5 being targeted a total of 47 times which ranks first in the NFL. His 31 total receptions also leads the NFL for tight ends, he is an obvious ball hawk and will exploit the Minnesota Vikings’ 23rd-ranked pass defense.

Coming into the season everyone didn’t know what to expect out of Ertz with Carson Wentz still sidelined to start the year. Even with Nick Foles at the helm Ertz was dominant. The NFC Championship Game rematch will showcase a different starting quarterback for both the Vikings and Eagles.

This game will be fun to watch and will showcase offensive firepower on both sides of the ball. In Week 4, Ertz caught 10 passes on 14 targets for 112 yards. Ertz has yet to score, but has every opportunity against a Vikings defense who allow 381.5 total yards, 277.5 passing yards, 104 rushing yards and 27.5 total points per game thus far.

With Ertz averaging 81.75 receiving yards per game, 7.75 receptions and 11.75 targets per game, ranked second, first and first, respectively, he’s easily an every-week starter. With a healthy Wentz throwing him the ball, you can count on Ertz to have a big game come Sunday afternoon.

Prediction: 105 receiving yards, 1 touchdown
