Mike Evans – Tampa Bay Buccaneers – $8,000

Mike Evans has had a bounceback year thus far to start his 2018 campaign. He benefited from the fitzmagic through the first three weeks of action. Jameis Winston got the nod in Week 4 and Evans still produced against the highly-touted Chicago Bears’ defense.

Through four games Evans has amassed 426 total receiving yards, and three touchdowns on 29 total receptions. Evans averages 106.5 receiving yards, 7.25 receptions and 9.75 targets per game. If you’re looking for a high floor player to help you win Evans is your guy.

In Week 6, Evans will play against the 28th-ranked Atlanta Falcons defense. It’s no secret that this defense will allow a lot of fantasy points to opposing receivers. In Week 5, the Falcons gave up 324 total yards and 262 receiving yards to Ben Roethlisberger and his receivers.

Evans and Winston should have no trouble at all hooking up for some big-yardage plays this Sunday. Let’s further evaluate the Falcons defense as a whole coming into Week 6.

Through five games played the Falcons defense has given up a total of 398.6 total yards, 277.2 passing yards, 121.4 rushing yards and 32.6 total points per game. Evans will be open early and often in this matchup against the Falcons weak secondary.

Prediction: 100 receiving yards, 2 touchdowns
