5. Albert Wilson, WR, Miami Dolphins

Wilson had a big game in Week 6 against the Chicago Bears, with six catches for 155 yards and two touchdowns (on nine targets). The touchdowns accounted for 118 of those yards. But Wilson has been more involved lately, with 21 targets over the last three games), and he had a touchdown in each of the two games prior to that.

Ryan Tannehill (shoulder) missing last Sunday’s game, and the possibility Brock Osweiler makes more than just that one start, is not ideal for Miami’s offense or any of the their pass catchers. But it didn’t hurt Wilson against the Bears, and the positive trend in his usage and production was not impeded by the quarterback switch.

It’s hard to ignore the looming prospect of Osweiler’s ineptitude for multiple weeks. But he appeared to have some rapport with Wilson, and it’s not like Tannehill has been substantially better overall.

A repeat of last week isn’t happening, but Wilson is shaping up to be a WR4/WR5 and a solid bye week replacement in leagues of 12 teams and larger.
