Cole Beasley, Dallas Cowboys

Stats: nine catches, 101 yards and two touchdowns

The situation for Cole Beasley is pretty favorable for the rest of the year. He is by far Dak Prescott’s favorite target and the most consistent pass-catching threat on the roster. Beasley won’t have this type of output often, but it’s great to see the potential.

It’s tough to really trust the Dallas Cowboys offensive attack. They have struggled to move the ball with consistency with the passing game being the biggest issue.

This week didn’t really change that narrative as Prescott again failed to reach the 200-yard mark. In fact, Beasley accounted for all but 82 of the Cowboys passing yards. It really doesn’t bode well for Beasley to have another huge performance.

However, we are at the point of the year where taking a flyer on someone like Beasley makes sense. He could be a solid bye week filler for those owners in a pinch.

There is also some small upside here with the hope that the Cowboys passing game shows some improvement. Dallas won’t be able to keep pace in the NFC East with a quarterback who can’t throw for over 200 yards in a game.
