The NFL had some crazy turnouts in Week 6, but Week 7 has some of the most interesting matchups of the year. Let’s make some money together with Week 7 picks against the spread.

It is about time, but we’ve finally ended the losing streak. Well, kind of. You’re favorite FanSided NFL picker went 7-7-1 last week. A tie didn’t end the losing streak for the Cleveland Browns, but we’re going to count it here.

Last week was insane as far as matchups went. The New England Patriots found a way to beat the Kansas City Chiefs without beating the spread. The Green Bay Packers couldn’t pull away from C.J. Beathard and the 49ers. There were some interesting final scores throughout the league.

Picking the NFL games this year are increasingly harder because there are four really good teams, then 28 average teams. That means anything can happen on any given weekend. That makes picking games stressful, but that’s why we’re here. We are here to help you make your picks.

Last Week: 7-7-1
Season Record: 35-49-4

As usual, we got our lines from Westgate.

Denver Broncos (-2) @ Arizona Cardinals

What a terrible matchup for Thursday Night Football. The Arizona Cardinals look like they were on their way to the No. 1 overall pick. The Denver Broncos have issues on every side of the ball, with Vance Joseph doing a bad job overcoming their issues.

Still, there are positives for both teams. The Cardinals have one of the best pass defenses in the NFL, which is very bad news for Case Keenum. He’s playing like the quarterback that could barely find a job two seasons ago.

This matchup is hard to pick because the Broncos are not built to play on a short week, but the Cardinals deficiencies will come out with less rest. The Broncos have played down to competition this season, but they don’t have time to lose focus. Go with Denver even with the two points.
