Tennessee Titans @ Los Angeles Chargers (-6)

The Tennessee Titans make no sense. They win the games they are supposed to lose, then they lose the games against bad teams. It really makes no sense.

The Los Angeles Charges, on the other hand, beat the bad teams and lose to the good teams. They have an above average record, but their results fall below that threshold. They are currently 4-2. It’s exactly what their record should be.

On paper, this should be an easy Chargers win, right? Well, there’s an extra handicap here for the Chargers. This game is in London, England. There are 5,437 miles between London and Los Angeles. That’s 1,300 miles more than the Titans have to travel. That makes a major difference for west coast teams.

New England Patriots (-3) @ Chicago Bears

The New England Patriots have been on a role lately. Once everyone stopped freaking out about the Patriots offense, they seemed to shoot back to one of the best teams in the league. Their defense still has a major issue, but they have enough offense to make up for it.

The Chicago Bears are literally the exact opposite. At least most of the time. Usually, their offense led by Khalil Mack keeps them in games, while Mitch Trubisky throws it away. The Bears should have left Miami with a win, but they ended up losing in overtime (twice if Kenyan Drake could hold onto the ball).

The Patriots are giving three points on the road. Trubisky can pull off what Blake Bortles did against the Patriots, but he could also throw a back-breaking interception. Go with the team you think is winning when it’s just three points.
