NBA DFS MME Strategy and Player Pool for October 19th
Welcome to what will be a daily NBA DFS MME player pool and mass multi entry strategy for both Draftkings and FanDuel.
There are a couple of different ways to approach NBA DFS MME – one way is to just put a few DFS NBA lineups in a bunch of tournaments, a strategy I do not recommend. The other is to be selective in the tournaments and enter those with the maximum lineups allowed. While everyone dreams of taking down a GPP with a life changing prize pool, my focus is on maximizing the number of entries that are competitive and finishing above the cash line and turning a profit on a more consistent basis. You will hear a lot about building a core group of players and building your lines around it but with MME this is hardly the case.
The goal is to create a player pool of both low and high risk plays, limiting exposure to the high risk plays and using a lineup tool (free or premium works) to generate our lines. Using the csv edit option on both sites is the easiest way to enter in all your lineups once you have them generated.
What is up everyone! Today’s article will be a bit different than normal because I am very busy with work but I want to get some content out to my readers. As always, this will be my recommended player pool for tonight’s 9 game slate. I think there will be some high ownership on some players just because of their performance in the first game of the season. There are some anomalies as well in the “stud” department in which they underperformed last time out and should see a reduction in ownership – I’m looking at you Victor Oladipo, Karl-Anthony Towns, Nikola Vucevic, and Kyrie Irving.
There is also a few plays that I feel are in “trap” spots that we either fade or only give minimal exposure to. They are Nikola Mirotic, Willie Cauley-Stein, Elfrid Payton, Cedi Osman, Joe Ingles, and Malik Monk.
The rest of the player pool for tonight is Giannis Antetokounmpo (my favorite on the slate), Anthony Davis, Kemba Walker, Tim Hardaway Jr., Aaron Gordon, Kevin Durant, Jimmy Butler, Paul George, Rudy Gobert, Kawhi Leonard, De’Aaron Fox, Tobias Harris, Julius Randle, Caris Levert, Enes Kanter, Jarrett Allen, Jeff Teague, Taurean Prince, Domantas Sabonis, Donovan Mitchell, Kevon Looney, Marc Gasol, Kevin Love, Eric Bledsoe, Danillo Gallinari, Trae Young, Mo Bamba, and Jaren Jackson JR.
As always I will be posting my projections and updates on Twitter @dfsenchilada so follow and stay updated!
