Inter Milan face AC Milan at San Siro Stadium on Sunday, Oct. 21. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

With the international break over, the Serie A season resumes with one of the biggest rivalries in Italy, the Milan Derby. Both Inter Milan and AC Milan are trending upwards. Inter have got off to a slightly better start, sitting third with 16 points in eight games. AC Milan are 10th, picking up 12 points in seven games.

After a slow start to the season, that saw Inter pick up only four points in four games, Inter Milan have won four straight games to climb up the table. Luciano Spalletti’s team have allowed only six goals this season and only two over their last four games. The summer addition of Stefan de Vrij has formed a strong center-back partnership with Milan Skriniar, strengthen Inter’s defense. The duo will be responsible for marking Gonzalo Higuain. Mauro Icardi will lead the attack for Inter. Icardi has scored three goals in his last two games for Inter.

Milan lost their first game of the season to Napoli but have picked up points in six straight games. Gennaro Gattuso’s team have won two straight games, with Higuain scoring twice against Chievo in Milan’s last game. Higuain leads the club with four goals this season, leading the front three for Milan alongside Suso and Hakan Calhanoglu. Milan will need a strong performance from the trio if they are going to pick up points from their city rivals. Gattuso’s side has not played well in their own end, allowing 10 goals in seven games, failing to keep a clean sheet. Milan will have to shore up their defense if they are going to beat Inter.
