9. Taywan Taylor vs. Los Angeles (Chargers)

The Titans still don’t know how to use Taywan Taylor effectively. They’ll need to figure that out if they want to avoid three straight losses.

After a really great outing in the win over Philadelphia, with seven caches for 77 yards, Taylor has been ineffective from the jump in the two losses since. That’s not something you hope to see from an exciting mid-round pickup. A deep field threat is what the Titans need and should complement big target Corey Davis, but it hasn’t yet gelled.

Comparatively, yes, Taylor is on a far better pace than in 2017. He already has more receptions and is nearing the yards he put up as well. Consistency is what I’m looking for in Taylor this week after a poor showing against Baltimore in the shutout loss.

What better way than to show out in London against a Chargers team finding their stride? Taylor is the long play here but with byes and injuries aplenty, if you need someone right now this wide receiver just might be the one you go for.
