2. John Brown vs. New Orleans

This is one of the best games of the weekend. The Baltimore defense is a huge reason for their early season success. The Saints offense is back on track, and they’re loaded. This screams shootout. Something has to give and I think the Ravens defense breaks before they get enough stops on Drew Brees.

That’s where John Brown comes in, and Joe Flacco (elite by the way) with him. Since coming over from Arizona, Brown is off to a great start this season. Let’s look at the numbers a little bit, how’s that sound?

Brown’s career high in receptions of 20-plus yards? 11. He’s at eight already this season and has been a great deep threat for Flacco at the start of this season. Brown’s yard per catch average this season is also above 20 yards, which is insane. He’s averaging his best yards per game this season and everything points to this continuing.

The Ravens get a New Orleans team that puts up points in a hurry. What better way to show you can hang than with a couple deep catches and a couple scores?
