MILWAUKEE, WI – MARCH 25: John Henson /

High Value C

Players costing $6,250 or under

John Henson (vs NY – $3,600): Needs 16.3 fantasy points. I’m not sure what to make of Henson thus far. He didn’t play much against the Hornets, but played plenty against the Pacers and performed well. With the Knicks having Kanter, I could see Henson getting minutes to help neutralize him. Henson played very well against the Knicks and Kanter last season, going over 30 fantasy points in two out of three games. Diagnosis: A low-cost option who might get the opportunity to be a huge steal on the night. Unless he doesn’t play.

Serge Ibaka (vs CHA – $5,300): Needs 24.2 fantasy points. Ibaka is hot to start the season. And when Ibaka is hot, he’s red hot. He’ll cool off at some point, but keep taking him until he does cool off. The Hornets would seem to be a good matchup for him. He averaged 32.2 fantasy points in four games against Charlotte last season. Diagnosis: Always ride Ibaka when he’s this hot.

JaVale McGee (vs SA – $4,900): Needs 22.2 fantasy points. I’m not saying JaVale is the best player on the Lakers. But I’m not, not saying it either. He’s been over 30 fantasy points in both games to start the season. The Lakers will need him to play well once again as they go up against Aldridge and the Spurs. JaVale had some good games against the Spurs last season and his athleticism can be an issue. Diagnosis: It’s weird trusting JaVale, but there’s no reason not to trust JaVale right now.
