High Value SG

Players costing $6,667 or under

Malcolm Brogdon (vs NY – $6,000): Needs 24.9 fantasy points. After a mediocre opening night, Brogdon produced 34.3 fantasy points against the Pacers on Oct. 19. I continue to love him in the starting lineup because Giannis is on another level right now and Brogdon is one of the biggest beneficiaries. Along with his scoring, Brogdon is picking up plenty of assists. Against the Knicks, the Bucks offense should look as good as it’s looked through the first two games. Diagnosis: Good matchup for a guy who plays on one of the best offensive teams in the league right now.

Josh Hart (vs SA – $5,800): Needs 24.1 fantasy points. The numbers tell you that the Lakers are a worse team with Josh Hart is on the floor. But the fantasy numbers say Josh Hart is a very good player. Let’s hope the coaches continue to look at the boxscore and not everything else. With Rondo and Ingram out, Hart should play more as he’s a guy who can give the Lakers offense. Diagnosis: Will get more chances due to suspensions and has proven to be a good fantasy player.

Terrence Ross (at BOS – $4,400): Needs 18.3 fantasy points. Ross has been hit-and-miss to start the season, but overall he’s looked good for the Magic. He’s one of the few guards they have on the team that can actually score, which helps keep him in games. The Celtics offer a tough defense, but someone has to put up numbers in the Orlando backcourt. Ross has done just that so far and the salary is low. Diagnosis: Low salary option who has proven himself to be a valuable DFS player. Worst case scenario, he doesn’t fully burn you and his score gets dropped.
