High Value C

Players costing $6,667 or under

Zaza Pachulia (vs PHI – $4,100): Needs 17.5 fantasy points. Zaza has been over 20 fantasy points in both games this season. The Pistons give him minutes and with Andre Drummond possibly missing this game, Zaza stands to get more minutes. He had a couple of decent games against Philadelphia last season, but not good enough to match his salary he’ll have on Tuesday. Diagnosis: If Drummond plays, he’s worth a gamble.

Marcin Gortat (at NO – $4,100): Needs 17.5 fantasy points. Gortat has been fine, but nothing great this year. It’s tough sledding when John Wall isn’t spoon-feeding you easy baskets. He played well against the Pelicans last season, averaging 30.2 fantasy points in two games. But I have my doubts that he’ll get the same playing time or chances to make that kind of impact on Tuesday. Diagnosis: Might his value, but not much more.

Mason Plumlee (vs SAC – $3,700): Needs 15.8 fantasy points. Plumlee has been solid to start the season in limited action. He’s rarely going to provide you with a big game, but he makes for a nice low-cost option. Against the Kings, he could get more playing time to put himself over 20 fantasy points. But don’t expect much more than that out of him. Diagnosis: Good low-cost option with a great matchup, but won’t give you a big game.
