Next Game: vs Kansas State

Kyler Murray has been a do-it-all player for the Sooners all season, and he’s rebounded nicely since the upset loss to Texas.

Murray threw for 280 yards and four touchdowns against TCU last week, adding 50 more rushing yards to his season totals, and the Horned Frogs were supposed to possibly present some challenges for the junior quarterback.

Kansas State will come into Norman with a 3-4 record, but shouldn’t be overlooked at all. That was the mistake Oklahoma State made last week in being throttled by the Wildcats, 31-12. The Wildcats don’t do anything particularly well defensively but somehow managed to completely shut down the powerful Cowboys offense.

The probably won’t be the case against a quarterback as mobile as Murray and a team with as many offensive options as the Sooners. Kyler has a big day and stays right near the top of the hunt.
