High Salary C

Players costing over $6,250

Nikola Jokic (at LAL – $9,800): Needs 45.4 fantasy points. Between Griffin and Jokic, it’s a good night for bigs. Jokic should be able to torch the Lakers defense with his scoring and passing. He’ll also get a chance to post big rebounding numbers with the Lakers lack of size. This salary feels low for what Jokic is capable of and the matchup in front of him. The only concern is LA nightlife being undefeated. Diagnosis: Great matchup and triple-double potential.

Andre Drummond (vs CLE – $9,000): Needs 41.7 fantasy points. Drummond’s scoring and assist numbers will continue to be hurt with Griffin in the lineup, but he’ll always get his rebounds. Cleveland should be taken advantage of right now as they might be the worst team in the league. Diagnosis: Double-double potential and could post a big rebounding game.

Nikola Vucevic (vs POR – $7,800): Needs 36.1 fantasy points. Vucevic had 48.5 fantasy points against the Celtics on Oct. 22. He’s been solid this season and has big game potential. But the Blazers, with Nurkic, won’t make it easy on him. He did have 50 fantasy points in a game against Portland last season, which is encouraging. Diagnosis: High ceiling, but I’m not a big fan of the matchup as he and Nurkic might cancel each other out.
