High Salary PG

Players costing over $6,667

Steph Curry (at NY – $9,900): Needs 41.7 fantasy points. Curry is coming off a smoking hot 61.3 fantasy point performance. Even when he has some of the best shooting games we’ve ever seen, his DFS value isn’t as high as some online like Giannis or Davis because he’s not doing much in other categories. Still, getting 60-plus fantasy points is nothing but impressive. He’s been red-hot from the field this season and I expect he’ll do more passing in this one. Diagnosis: Tough to go wrong with Curry right now. Even if he’s only scoring, no one is stopping him from scoring.

Chris Paul (vs LAC – $9,700): Needs 40.8 fantasy points. No James Harden means Paul is going to be the lead option in the Rockets offense. That means a lot of dribbling and him either getting the assist or bucket. It’s not pretty offense, but no one runs it as well as Houston. Plus, the Rockets are playing the Clippers. And Paul always wants to play well against his former teamer/coach. Diagnosis: Good set of circumstances for Paul to be over 50 fantasy points once again.

Elfrid Payton (vs BKN – $7,400): Needs 31.2 fantasy points. Payton continues to deliver from a DFS perspective. The Pelicans offense looks unstoppable right now and while much of that is Anthony Davis, Payton is doing his part by putting up numbers in all areas. There’s a lot to like about his game and the matchup on Friday. Diagnosis: Pelicans are DFS darlings right now and this is a great matchup for them.
