Midnight, Texas returns with season 2 episode 1, “Head Games.” Here’s what you need to know to watch it on TV and online.

Charlaine Harris’ sultry tale of a town full of paranormal beings is back with season 2 of Midnight, Texas. Witches, vampires, angels, werewolves and psychics all call Midnight their home and after fighting to save their town in the season 1 finale, the show’s sophomore season kicks off with a newcomer to Midnight. Though the residents of the town pride themselves on inclusivity, this newcomer raises all the red flags.

Here is the episode description of “Head Games:”

"Manfred discovers the strange dreams he’s having are disturbingly real just as Midnight’s newfound peace is disrupted by the arrival of energy healer Kai, his wife, Patience, and an influx of followers to their newly opened spa retreat in Midnight."

Well, there goes the neighborhood. Midnight might be full of supernatural folks, but it’s known as a sleepy little town full of good people. When Kai and his wife Patience arrive they upset the apple cart with their spa retreat that’s attracting lots of attention. Attention is something Midnight definitely doesn’t need.

Meanwhile Manfred is plagued by strange dreams, and as the resident psychic that’s always a troubling sign. It’s even more troubling when those dreams turn out to be real. He’ll have to rely upon his friends to help him figure out what’s going on.

Harris, the author who gave life to a little town in Bon Temps, Louisiana in True Blood, has created another world for fans to fall in love with, and after a thrilling first season the future is bright for season two.
