Brighton vs. Wolves live stream: Watch Premier League online
By Warren Pegg
Brighton face Wolves at the Amex Stadium on Saturday, Oct. 27. Here’s all the info you need to watch.
Wolves have been by far the most impressive of the newly promoted Premier League teams and are more than deserving of their ninth position in the table. Manager Nuno Espirito Santo has already enjoyed stints in charge of Valencia and Porto, and he seems to have put that big-club experience to good use. Last season’s Championship title winners, returning to the Premier League after more than half a decade away, also did some excellent business in the summer, particularly with the signing of Joao Moutinho. While the Portuguese midfielder is now well into his 30s, he remains a fine player.
Wolves’ biggest strength so far has been their defense — only Chelsea, Spurs, Manchester City and Liverpool have conceded fewer goals in the Premier League this season — but Espirito Santo will be concerned that they’ve managed to score just nine times. Although Mexican striker Raul Jimenez, at Wolves on loan from Benfica, certainly isn’t shy of taking shots, he’s yet to find form.
Even if it wasn’t particularly deserved, Brighton’s away victory over Newcastle last Saturday was still the sort of result upon which Premier League survival is based, especially as they only managed two away wins during the whole of last season. Brighton’s issues are similar to those facing Wolves — they’re OK defensively yet continue to struggle to score. It’s something that coach Chris Hughton has sought to address in successive transfer windows, but his efforts have yet to bear fruit.

Brighton’s good home form was the main reason they stayed up last season, and they’ll be looking to continue that here. Wolves, meanwhile, will be hoping to move into contention for a European place.
