The Red Sox are World Series champions for the fourth time this century, and another parade is heading back to Boston.

There was a time not that long ago when the Red Sox were cursed. The Bambino was something you didn’t talk about in Boston and generations of fans were born and died without seeing the team win a championship.

In 2004 the curse was broken, finally, and the Red Sox have been on a roll since. Three times the Red Sox have been back to the World Series and each time they left with hardware. This year continued that trend, as Boston went out to Los Angeles and closed out the Dodgers in five games to win their third title since breaking the Curse of the Bambino so many years ago.

With another championship comes another World Series parade.

The Red Sox are going to make their way back to Boston after celebrating in Hollywood and when they return the real party will begin with fans lining the streets. It’s not the first time fans have been able to celebrate a World Championship and it certainly seems like it won’t be the last.

It’s spooky to realize that the curse is so far behind us, so what better day to have the parade than on Halloween?

According to WBZ in Boston, the Red Sox victory parade will be held on Wednesday. Here’s all the information you need to know so that you can join in on the celebration of the Red Sox fourth World Series title in 15 years.
