FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – October 28, 2018

High Salary C
Players costing over $6,667
Deandre Ayton (at OKC – $8,000): Needs 35.1 fantasy points. Ayton has been great this season, going over 40 fantasy points in four of his five games. Maybe the back-to-back hurts him, and Steven Adams can be tough to deal with, but Ayton is looking impressive early. Plus, the Thunder always make rookies better than they typically are. Diagnosis: Rookies are always tough to trust, but Ayton has done nothing but deliver. He’s a big time points and rebounds producer who should have the same success on Sunday.
DeAndre Jordan (vs UTA – $7,900): Needs 34.6 fantasy points. Jordan has has been strong this season. He’s either hit value or been over value in every game this season. He’ll always get double-digit rebounds and points. In the past few games, he’s even chipped in with assists. The Jazz are a tough matchup, but Jordan is getting done. Diagnosis: Reliable player with a high ceiling.
Steven Adams (vs PHO – $7,300): Needs 32 fantasy points. Adams had a tough time against the Celtics, finishing with 24.2 fantasy points. His scoring and rebounding numbers were down, which sometimes happens with Westbrook in the lineup. If Westbrook doesn’t play, Adams will get more scoring opportunities and plenty of rebounds. Even if Westbrook plays, it’s Phoenix. Diagnosis: Should be in for a big night given the matchup.
