Week 8. We’re right at midseason and who’s ready to bust out of a slump? Let’s look at 10 wide receiver sleepers that could save you from the dreaded bye/injury overlap.

Wide receiver sleepers come in all shapes and sizes, we’ve said that. This week is no different. We’ve got third wideouts ready for big stages and even receivers you normally wouldn’t have in your lineup but byes are important. We have guys who can help if the injury bug is making you freakout about that playoff run you need.

Money on the line and your league is deep? If these ten are available, maybe it’s time to take a risk or two.

No. 10 Christian Kirk vs San Francisco

Kirk has become an important part of a frustrated Arizona offense. This is a winnable game for both teams here. Could Rosen get the win this week with Kirk in tow? This one could come down to defense but I like the weapons Rosen has, even if David Johnson should be scoring a ton more.

After a slow first couple games, Kirk has ramped it up. His best outing remains the game against the Bears in the 16-14 loss, where he finished with seven catches for 90 yards. His second best however? The win over these 49ers just three weeks ago. Three catches, 85 yards including a 75 yard touchdown. It’s the only win the Cardinals have, sorry Cardinals fans.

Kirk is averaging just over 13 yards per catch this season and has had 15+ yards per catch two of the last three weeks. Last week, in the loss to Denver, Kirk finished with 57 yards on just three catches. Kirk is a deep threat but a great target to make the most out of the least this week against San Francisco.
