High Salary PF

Players costing over $6,250

Paul George (vs LAC – $8,700): Needs 39.5 fantasy points. George had 40 fantasy points against the Clippers on Oct. 19. Westbrook didn’t play in that game, which hurt George’s value a bit as Westbrook makes his job easier on the offensive end. If George has found his shooting stroke as he did against the Suns, that’s a good sign for his value moving forward. Diagnosis: Will get you value if nothing else and if his shot is falling, could be a big player.

Blake Griffin (at BOS – $8,200): Needs 37.6 fantasy points. Griffin managed just 17.5 fantasy points against the Celtics on Oct. 27. I have to imagine he’ll be better on Tuesday. There’s really no way he can be worse, right? Expect Griffin to bounce back with a couple of days off and a better game plan heading into Tuesday. Diagnosis: Maybe a risk based on their recent meeting, but I trust Griffin to be better and come up with a big response.

Danilo Gallinari (at OKC – $6,700): Needs 30.4 fantasy points. Gallinari has been reliable this season and had 35.7 fantasy points against the Thunder on Oct. 19. His numbers have been down in the last two games, but that’s due to both games being blowouts. Tuesday’s game should be competitive, which means Gallinari should be back around 40 fantasy points. Diagnosis: He’ll get his shots and based on how consistent he’s been this season, I suspect he’ll continue to contribute with points and rebounds.
