Players costing over $6,667

Damian Lillard (at HOU – $10,400): Needs 43.6 fantasy points. It was a rough night for Lillard against the the Pacers, but he’s too good not to bounce back. Especially with the way the Rockets defense has looked. Houston might change their scheme, but it won’t work overnight and Carmelo Anthony will continue to be attacked. Expect Lillard to have a bounce-back performance. Diagnosis: Great matchup and should get back on track against a poor Rockets defense. Trust him to shoot better.

Kemba Walker (vs MIA – $9,000): Needs 37.7 fantasy points. Walker has been on fire this season and the Heat had a rough go of it on Monday. Miami should play a bit better, but they are on a back-to-back and just got torched by the Kings. If they come out with the same effort, Walker will have no problem lighting them up. Diagnosis: Playing great and up against a favorable matchup given how Miami looked on Monday.

Mike Conley (vs WAS – $7,700): Needs 32.3 fantasy points. I’m taking anyone against the Wizards right now. They are an absolute mess and I have no confidence in anything they do. Conley has been playing well this season, especially as of late, and if the Wizards continue down this road, a team that plays as hard as Memphis will have no problem putting up numbers. Diagnosis: Hammer against the Wizards until they show something.
