Rudy Gay (at PHO – $6,100): Needs 27.8 fantasy points. A big reason for Aldridge’s number taking a hit has been the re-emergence of Gay. He’s been over 40 fantasy points in the last two games. Whether starting or coming off the bench, Gay is providing a bit of everything and has become a double-double threat. He should continue to deliver against the Suns. Diagnosis: The Spurs offense is on a roll and they get to play the Suns.
Rondae Hollis-Jefferson (vs DET – $5,200): Needs 24 fantasy points. Hollis-Jefferson had his best game of the season on Oct. 29 against the Knicks, finishing with 30.25 fantasy points in 27 minutes. If his minutes continue to climb, his production should follow suit. The Pistons are on a back-to-back and Hollis-Jefferson averaged 35.9 fantasy points in three games against them last year. Diagnosis: A healthy Hollis-Jefferson on this salary gives him a chance at a big game.
Noah Vonleh (vs IND – $4,300): Needs 19.8 fantasy points. Vonleh continues to play well now that he’s in the starting lineup. He had 27 fantasy points against the Nets on Oct. 29. Vonleh is a low-end double-double threat with his scoring and rebounding. He also provides some assist numbers. As long as he continues to start, he’s a nice low-cost option who won’t kill you. Diagnosis: Reliable option with the minutes to go well above value.
