High Value C

Players costing $6,667 or under

Julius Randle (at GS – $6,600): Needs 29 fantasy points. Randle is currently listed as probable, so I’ll assume he plays. There’s not much depth at center on Wednesday. With or without Davis, Randle will have his opportunities. The matchup is tough if Davis doesn’t play, which is my biggest concern. Diagnosis: High ceiling, but I don’t have a good feel due to Davis’ status.

Jarrett Allen (vs DET – $6,600): Needs 29 fantasy points. Allen had 39 fantasy points against the Pistons on Oct. 17. The return of Hollis-Jefferson will cut into Allen’s value a bit, but he’ll be used for big minutes as the Nets try to combat the duo of Drummond and Griffin. Diagnosis: I like the matchup due to the minutes he’ll get and his ability to score, rebound, and chip in defensively.

Myles Turner (at NY – $5,800): Needs 25.5 fantasy points. Turner had 34.3 fantasy points against the Blazers on Oct. 29. He’s been solid over the last 10 days and remains at a good salary. The Knicks are always a favorable matchup and if Turner is finally finding consistency, he turns into an excellent option for your center spot. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
