High Value PG

Players costing $6,667 or under

George Hill (vs DEN – $5,100): Needs 21.3 fantasy points. Hill has been reliable in the last few games, but I suspect his minutes will continue to go down. There isn’t a lot of PG depth and Hill is at least a starter on a team desperate of offense. Diagnosis: Not a huge fan, but if Sexton struggles, he’s a nice safety valve.

Collin Sexton (vs DEN – $5,000): Needs 20.9 fantasy points. You’re better off saving the $100 and going with Sexton, who will continue to get big minutes as the Cavaliers allow him to develop. The Nuggets might have tired legs on a back-to-back and while I don’t know what to make of Sexton just yet, I do know that he’ll have a high usage. Diagnosis: He’s going to get plenty of run. That much has been made clear.

Tony Parker (vs OKC – $4,200): Needs 17.5 fantasy points. Either Tony Parker has turned back the clock or he just had a couple of nice games. I’d like to lean towards the latter, but there’s no denying his impact in the last two games. The Thunder defense is inconsistent, but their bench play has been solid. Diagnosis: Low-cost option who is hot and has a proven high ceiling on the young season.
