5. Lacazette, Aubameyang help Arsenal end Liverpool’s unbeaten run

The most appetizing game this weekend sees unbeaten Liverpool travel to face Arsenal at the Emirates in one of Saturday’s late games. These two sides are in great form and both of them are protecting unbeaten streaks in the league.

Liverpool are still to lose in the league this season while Arsenal haven’t lost in eight matches. This match also pits two high-scoring teams against each other, so we could be in for a goalfest on Saturday.

Jurgen Klopp’s side dismantled Cardiff with a rousing 4-1 victory last weekend and the Reds are beginning to look more like the side that were blowing teams away last season. Arsenal are full of confidence and belief that they can beat anyone right now.

Arsenal have everything going right for them at the moment, but in recent years they don’t have a great record against their opponents on Saturday. The last time Arsenal beat Liverpool was back in 2015, but this is their best chance to change that stat.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette are forming a wonderful partnership but most importantly Arsenal are working very well as a team — something that’s been lacking a little for them in recent seasons.

It’s hard not to see Liverpool scoring at the Emirates so Arsenal will need Lacazette and Aubameyang to be on top form in order to take all three points. The Gunners can definitely win this match but Liverpool’s defense will take some breaking down.

The Reds have only conceded four goals in the Premier League this season and no team has managed to score more than once against them. Arsenal have the ability and the fans backing to win this match and on Saturday they will end Liverpool’s unbeaten run.
