1. New Orleans Saints

In what is unquestionably the best game in the NFC, perhaps the NFL in general, the undefeated Los Angeles Rams travel to the Big Easy to take on the Saints. The No. 1 and 2 seeds in the NFC are set to square off for the only time in the regular season, but this is surely a preview of a playoff game to come.

Jared Goff, Todd Gurley and the Rams have been absolutely unstoppable through the first eight weeks, literally. At 8-0 the Rams are the unquestioned best team in the NFL. However, the Saints are not too far behind them. Drew Brees and company are one of the best offenses in the league, and while the defense hasn’t been great, they have improved in recent weeks.

If there is a team in the NFC that is capable of unseating the Rams, it is the Saints. In front of their home fans they have the best chance so far. Only the Seahawks and Vikings have really given the Rams much of a fight, and the Saints just defeated the Vikings last week.

Deeming this a must-win for the Saints can be rather perplexing as most would say it means more for the Rams. However, due to the game being in New Orleans, and the Saints chasing the Rams in the standings, it seems just a bit more important for the Saints to emerge victorious.

Will Brees be able to lead his high-octane offense to a win over the supremely talented Rams side? If I were a betting man, my answer would be yes.
