Sean Bean starred in a hilarious Hitman 2 teaser trailer, pushing the creativity you’ll need to be successful in the new game. Spoiler alert: He doesn’t make it.

Agent 47 is back to work once again in the seventh installment of the popular Hitman franchise. Hitman 2 is set to release on Nov. 13, and the folks over at IO Interactive and Warner Bros. decided they’d tap into a pop culture trend for a teaser.

Sean Bean is known as “that guy who died” in just about every movie or TV show he acts in. You’ll recognize him as Boromir from the Lord of the Rings franchise or more recently, Ned Stark from Game of Thrones.

Bean is also going to be included in the game. He will play “Faba a.k.a., The Undying” (ha!), a former M15 agent-turned-assassin and one of the enemies you’ll face in Hitman 2. Given his history in both film and television, it’s hard to see a scenario in which he survives.

Hitman 2 looks like it’s going to be even bigger and better than the previous installment in 2016. The popular sandbox assassin game will feature thousands of NPC (non-player-characters) and various paths a player can take to hit their mark.

From the pre-release free trial at E3 and what people are saying online, the maps are going to be massive, more expansive and with more possible interaction than previous titles. Open-world sandbox games are getting more incredible with every release (see: Red Dead Redemption 2) and this looks like another great addition to the genre.

As shown in the new trailer, literally anything goes when it comes to getting the job done. That includes mascots, fish, a boat and whatever else is in the vicinity. This game stresses creativity and it looks really, really fun.

If you were like me, you were watching this trailer just hoping to hit the end with Bean still alive. Poor Sean Bean does a fabulous job in this promo, right up until he goes for a drink of his whiskey, which has been poured by Agent 47 and obviously includes a deadly extra ingredient. At least he kept his head this time.

Hitman 2 is set to release on Nov. 13 on Playstation 4, XBox One and PC. You can pre-order a copy now where applicable.
