Arsenal vs. Liverpool live stream: Watch Premier League online
Arsenal face Liverpool at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday, Nov. 3. Here’s all the info you need to watch.
After snapping an 11-game winning streak in all competitions with a 2-2 draw at Crystal Palace last weekend, Arsenal returns home to the Emirates Stadium to face a high-flying Liverpool on Saturday evening in a highly anticipated clash of Premier League contenders.
Unai Emery’s men come into the match sitting in fourth place in the Premier League table with 22 points from ten matches and the Gunners’ recent winning streak has Arsenal supporters thinking that Emery might just be the right man in charge to bring a Premier League title back to North London following the departure of legendary manager Arsene Wenger at the end of last season.
Unlike recent performances where Arsenal have started slowly, Emery’s players must be focused from the start and will need to put early pressure on the Liverpool defense, led by Dutch international and record transfer Virgil van Dijk, if they have hopes of snatching all three points from the Reds.
Arsenal star Mesut Ozil, who was visibly frustrated after being subbed off in the 68th minute of last weekend’s draw at Selhurst Park, may be the Gunners’ most important player and will need to muster up the creativity and vision that he displayed just a week prior in a dominating performance against Leicester.
Liverpool come into the match sitting in second place in the Premier League table on goal difference and is tied with leaders Manchester City with 26 points from ten matches.
The Reds, who have yet to lose in the Premier League this season, have been stingy on defense, conceding only four times in 10 Premier League matches.
Liverpool will look to continue their stellar defensive record by looking to quiet an Arsenal attack who are tied for second in the Premier League with 24 goals scored.
With midfielders Naby Keita and Jordan Henderson both nursing hamstring injuries in advance of Saturday’s match, Jurgen Klopp may choose to fill out the midfield with a recently-fit Adam Lallana or Swiss international Xherdan Shaqiri, who scored his first goal for the Reds in last weekend’s 4-1 win against Cardiff.
The Reds last visited the Gunners back in December 2017 with the match ending in an entertaining 3-3 draw.
