Draftkings NBA Point Guards

Damian Lillard ($9,900) Cash

Lillard is going against the Lakers in the highest total  (238) on the slate and at a close spread (-3).  With this game being last game on the slate, I see Lillard having his ownership down in what is projected to be a high and tight game.

Last four games at home Lillard produced 45.8, 51.8, 46.5, and 45 DKFP.  In a close match-up at home, Lillard is a fine play for Cash games.

Jamal Murray ($6,600) Cash and GPPs

Murray is in one of the best match-ups per position tonight.  The Jazz are currently giving up the 3rd most points to Point Guards this season. Last three games before the blowout to Cleveland, Murray produced 32.5, 43.8, and 40.5 DKFP.

Last two games versus the Jazz, Murray produced 40.5 and 36.5 DKFP. At a price below $7,000, sign me up for Murray for Cash games with upside for GPPs.

Byrn Forbes ($4,300) Cash

Forbes is in the best match-up on the night for his position. The Pelicans are currently giving up the most points to Points Guards and the Spurs are also in the most uptempo match-up of the night (+7.17 Pace).

Forbes has steadily been seeing minutes in the 30’s before the blowout to the Suns. If this game stays close versus the Pelicans, I see Forbes easily producing.

Other Options: Trae Young ($6,700) Cash, Tyler Johnson ($4,100) Cash

DraftKings NBA Shooting Guards

When it comes to Shooting Guards I typically look for a value play that can open up the studs on the slate. Normally, I find this play closer to lock. Tonight, there are a few value plays at Shooting Guards you can feel confident in.

DeMar DeRozan ($9,400) Cash and GPPs

DeRozan is in the fastest uptempo match-up of the night. He has also been on fire in games that have not been complete blowouts. Versus Dallas and Lakers he produced 60 and 62.5 DKFP.

If this game stays close tonight, DeRozan should be looking at an upside similar to when he played Dallas and the Lakers. Sign me up for DeRozan in Cash games with upside.

CJ McCollum ($6,400) Cash and GPPs

McCollum is in the best match-up tonight per position as the Lakers are giving up the 2nd most points to Shooting Guards this Season. McCollum has also been a steady play all season long before the Pelicans game where he only went for 16.5 DKFP.

At lower ownership, in the best match-up per position, and in a high and tight game I will be all over McCollum at this price. Last four games versus the Lakers, McCollum produced 29.25, 38.75, 33.25, and 35.5 DKFP.

Rodney McGruder ($6,400) Cash

McGruder is also in a great match-up tonight. The Hawks are currently giving up the 3rd most points to Shooting Guards this season. McGruder has also played above 30 minutes in every single game this season.

With Miami being in an uptempo match-up (+6.42), I will be drafting McGruder comfortably in Cash games tonight.

Other Options: Rodney Hood ($5,500) Cash and GPPs, Zach Lavine ($7,800) Cash

DraftKings NBA Small Forwards

The Small Forward spot on Draftkings can be tricky at times. I generally look for value at this spot but do not try to punt too much. Typically, I try to find a play under $7,100 that can produce around 40 DKFP.

LeBron James ($11,300) Cash

LBJ is going against the Trailblazers in an high and tight game tonight.  He has recently been carrying the Lakers through games and been producing his insane numbers like usual.  Last four games LBJ, produced 49.8, 62, 59.3, and 68.3 DKFP.

In what appears to be the juiciest match-up for fantasy points tonight, I will be all over this game and LBJ will be right on the top of my list.

Rudy Gay ($6,500) Cash and GPPs

Gay has been on fire lately. Tonight should not be any different as the Pelicans are giving up the 7th most points to Small Forwards this Season. The last two games before the blowout to the Suns, Gay produced 45.8 and 43.5 DKFP.

If the game stays close tonight, I see Gay easily producing an outcome for Cash and an upside for GPPs.

E’Twaun Moore ($5,000) Cash and GPPs

Moore is in a great match-up for Small Forwards tonight as the Spurs are giving up the 6th most points to said position. Last three games Moore produced 24.3, 33.5, and 22.5 DKFP.

If the Pelicans are going to keep this game close, they are going to need solid production for all their players. Moore has a cheap salary with room for upside on Draftkings, sign me up.

Other Options: Gordon Hayward ($5,500), Nicolas Batum ($6,000), Bojan Bogdanovic ($4,500)

DraftKings NBA Power Forwards

Normally, the Power Forward or the Point Guard is where you find your highest scoring player of the night and where I spend majority of my salary. I look for games that are high and tight, where Vegas is projecting a high total and the game to stay close. Typically, I use those games and target the highest usage and minutes projected players that are in good Defense versus Position match-ups.

Jabari Parker ($6,000) Cash and GPPs

Parker is a great spot tonight for Power Forwards as the Rockets are giving up the 4th most points to said position. Last three games, Parker produced 16.8, 37.3, and 38.5 DKFP.

Last three games for the Rockets, Parker produced 18.5, 56, and 27.75 DKFP. I will be chasing the upside of Parker tonight if the Bulls are going to keep this game close.

P.J. Tucker ($4,600) Cash and GPPs

Tucker is on a back-to-back with travel tonight, but he is currently in a great match-up as the Bulls are giving up the 3rd most points to Power Forwards. Last three games Tucker produced 25.5, 32.5, and 26.3 DKFP.

Last four games versus the Bulls, Tucker produced 30, 17, 27, and 24.75 DKFP. Sign me up for Tucker tonight for Cash game at this cheap price tag in a great match-up.

Other Options: Kelly Olynyk ($5,700) Cash

Draftkings NBA Centers

Jusuf Nurkic ($6,400) Cash and GPPs

Nurkic is in the best match-up on the slate as the the Lakers are giving up the most points to Centers this year. Nurkic has also stepped it up his last two games going for 33.8 and 40 DKFP.

Last two games versus the Lakers, Nurkic produced 30.25 and 42.5 DKFP. Nurkic is currently trending in the right direction and his price is too cheap to ignore on Draftkings.

Wendell Carter ($5,500) Cash and GPPs

Carter has just been on fire lately. Before last night, Carter went for 55, 34.8, and 31 DKFP. Tonight should not be any different as the Rockets are giving up the 6th most points to Centers this year.

Carter is just too cheap on Draftkings at $5,500 and will be finding my way into many of my lineup builds.

JaVale McGee ($6,400) Cash and GPPs

McGee has been the definition of Cash game plays this entire season. Luckily, I have been drafting him every slate I can.  Tonight should not change as the Trailblazers are giving up the 9th most points to Centers this year.

The last five games, McGee has went for 50.3, 27.8, 22.3, 36.8, and 41 DKFP. In a High and Tight Game versus the Trailblazers, I see McGee being able to easily reach value again.

Other Options: Myles Turner ($5,300) Cash, Rudy Gobert ($8,100) Cash
