High Salary PG

Players costing over $6,667

Russell Westbrook (vs NO – $12,000): Needs 49.8 fantasy points. Westbrook had been over 55 fantasy points in his last three games. The rebounding numbers are down, but the points and assists are there. He’s also playing some of the best defense of his career, which has boosted his value. The Pelicans defense remains a mess and Westbrook, even if Anthony Davis plays, should be in for a big offensive night. Diagnosis: He’s a big cost, but the ceiling is high and the matchup is great.

Steph Curry (vs MEM – $10,700): Needs 44.4 fantasy points. Curry has been on a roll this season and Memphis is coming off a loss to the Suns. It’s a back-to-back for Memphis, and while they’ll be more engaged against the Warriors, that’s still a rough loss before facing the best team in the league. Curry should be over 50 fantasy points once again. Diagnosis: He’ll get his points and assists. He’s also rebounding the ball well.

Kyle Lowry (at UTA – $8,300): Needs 34.5 fantasy points. I’ve been riding Lowry plenty this season and he hasn’t let me down. Even with Kawhi Leonard back in the lineup, Lowry has been a steady hand all season with his scoring and rebounding. The Jazz are going through some struggles and the Raptors are not the team you want to face when you’re struggling. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
