Former Ohio State wide receivers coach Zach Smith went on another Twitter tantrum, targeting Tom Herman and his wife Michelle.
For the second time in four weeks, Zach Smith has aired dirty laundry on Twitter, setting his sites on Texas head coach Tom Herman and his family. In a series of tweets posted late Sunday night, Smith took aim at Herman and his wife Michelle with claims of infidelity by Herman and backstabbing by Michelle.
Herman, who is now the head coach at Texas, is seen responding to a message Smith allegedly sent simply by saying “Ok. Cool. Hook ‘Em”. He hasn’t publically spoken on his involvement in the investigation earlier this year.

I have found new solice in being HONEST. No one likes that. But I have JO reason not to.

Hey @Brett_McMurphy - report this. I witnessed Tom Herman cheat on his wife (@belletjh ) several times... once at an Asian massage parlor... and just texted him that I’m done protecting him. We gonna be “honest” now!? Or nah... LMAO

Prior to the season, allegations of domestic abuse were brought against Smith by his then-wife Courtney. The allegations stemmed from reporting by Brett McMurphy, who Smith mentions in his rant, which detailed abuse that extended as far back as Smith’s tenure at the University of Florida.
Smith was fired as a result of the investigation and was served a restraining order from Courtney. Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer was suspended for the first three games of the year for what the university deemed culpability in knowing about the abuse prior to it becoming public knowledge. Meyer denied knowing about any of the abuse, despite making mention of it at Big Ten media day just prior to the meat of McMurphy’s story breaking.
