It’s time for the final showdown between Michael Langdon and the witches on AHS Apocalypse. Here’s your synopsis of episode 10, “Apocalypse Then.”
Season 8 has flown by and it’s hard to believe that AHS Apocalypse is coming to an end. In the season finale it’s the battle royale between Michael Langdon and the Coven. Cordelia’s power might be fading but the witches have an ace in the hole with Mallory, who has been hiding in plain sight all along.
After last week’s episode the stage is set for the finale showdown, but from the look of things there is nothing that Cordelia and the remaining witches can do to stop Michael from destroying the world. Their only hope lies in being able to bring it all back afterwards.
Here’s the preview for this week’s all-new episode:
Michael Langdon might be the Antichrist but for a long time he was looking for guidance. Then he met Mutt and Jeff, who introduced him to the Cooperative. With the world’s leaders behind him, Michael’s mission becomes clear: He must destroy the world.
But this is a personal question for Michael. He has never received any kind of direction from his father, nor has he received confirmation that he’s on the right path. Michael’s sole focus is avenging the death of the original Ms. Mead and the warlocks who supported him. The witches never gave him a chance and so they must die, and that’s what Michael is after.
Cordelia knows that her time is limited and she has lost everything. All of the girls are gone because of her, so the only hope for them is to defeat Michael after he thinks he has already won. The resulting battle will be no holds barred, and with Mallory already in the role of rising Supreme this might be Cordelia’s finale as well.
AHS Apocalypse airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. on FX.
