NASCAR Championship Weekend TV schedule, times, channels Homestead
By Nick Tylwalk
Find out where and when to watch as the top two NASCAR series crown new champions this weekend.
Homestead-Miami Speedway has already handed out one trophy, as Brett Moffitt became the deserving NASCAR Camping World Truck Series champion Friday night by winning the Ford EcoBoost 200. That’s just one race down and two to go on NASCAR Championship Weekend.
The XFINITY Series follows on Saturday afternoon, with the Ford EcoBoost 300 determining whether Cole Custer, Christopher Bell, Tyler Reddick or Daniel Hemric will take the title. And on Sunday, it’s the main event, with Kevin Harvick, Kyle Busch and Martin Truex Jr. — the Big 3 of the Cup Series — joined by Joey Logano to settle who among them will get to be champion.
Hopefully, both races will feature more late action than we saw Friday night, when Moffitt had relatively little trouble in the second and final stages en route to his victory. Given the history of the past few seasons, it may take a race win in the Cup Series finale to secure the season title.
NBCSN handles all of the on-track sessions for the weekend until the very last Cup Series race of 2018, which will be carried on NBC. Here’s a look at the complete NASCAR Championship Weekend TV schedule, courtesy of NASCAR.com:
