FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – November 20, 2018
High Salary SF
Players costing over $6,667
Kawhi Leonard (at ORL – $10,000): Needs 41 fantasy points. Leonard had 62 fantasy points against the Celtics on Nov. 16. He’s great in the big games, but this isn’t really a big game, unless Orlando is for real. Leonard has been fairly reliable this season and obviously the ceiling is there. The Magic have kept things competitive throughout the season, which means Leonard should play enough minutes to post a strong game. Diagnosis: High ceiling and a good matchup.
Josh Richardson (vs BKN – $7,700): Needs 31.5 fantasy points. Richardson had 34.7 fantasy points in 25 minutes against the Lakers on Nov. 18. He should play more minutes against the Nets, although he contributed just 25.5 fantasy points against the Nets on Nov. 14. When he’s on his game, he does a bit of everything. Diagnosis: I like his game overall and he’s been reliable this season.
Otto Porter Jr. (vs LAC – $5,800): Needs 23.8 fantasy points. Ummmm, yeah. As I said with Wall, I don’t know about the Wizards. Porter has been dreadful for the most part of this season, even at the lower salary. And his minutes aren’t even consistently there. There’s just no reason to take him unless you really believe in the Wizards rallying around the hate. Diagnosis: No thanks.
