Sonny Jurgensen Division

8. Russell Wilson (LW: 7)

Wilson has enjoyed a stellar running game in recent weeks and a respectable offensive line, making his life somewhat tolerable in Seattle. The former Super Bowl champion has thrown for 23 touchdowns, helping to keep the Seahawks alive in the NFC playoff chase at 5-5.

7. Philip Rivers (LW: 6)

Rivers had a weird and ultimately disappointing on Sunday. Against the Broncos, Rivers went for more than 400 passing yards, but bungled clock management at the end, allowing for Denver to kick the game-winning field goal as time expired. The Chargers are going to need even better from him come January.

6. Andrew Luck (LW: 9)

Luck has to rise up the ranks. Look, he hasn’t been sacked once in the last five games, and the Titans didn’t even manage a single QB hit on Sunday. If the Colts continue giving Luck time like this, they Aare going to the postseason. So far, Luck has 29 touchdowns, apparently well on his way to NFL Comeback Player of the Year.

5. Aaron Rodgers (LW: 4)

This is the first time since we started these rankings three years ago that Rodgers isn’t in the top division. Yes, his numbers are still phenomenal, but the Packers stink, and Rodgers has had his share of bad moments, including the second half of the Thursday night loss in Seattle. Rodgers is still great, but this year, it hasn’t been enough in totality.
