4. Jared Goff (LW: 5)

Goff was fantastic on Monday night, throwing for four touchdowns in a 54-51 thriller. The Rams are now 10-1 and still lead the Saints for the top spot in the NFC playoff picture by a half-game, albeit with a bye coming up and New Orleans hosting Atlanta on Thanksgiving.

3. Tom Brady (LW: 3)

Brady is only staying in this spot because he’s arguably the GOAT, and because these rankings factor in what we expect to happen down the line. At 41 years old, you can still see all the physical tools that have made Brady so dangerous, but the weapons around him are eroding by the minute.

2. Patrick Mahomes (LW: 2)

Mahomes gave everybody something to talk about on Monday night. He threw for an insane 438 yards and six touchdowns, helping the Chiefs score 51 points … in a loss. The second-year man also had five turnovers, including three interceptions and a pair of lost fumbles, one of each directly resulting in a touchdown. Still, the man has 37 touchdown passes against 10 interceptions on the AFC favorite. Not too shabby.

1. Drew Brees (LW: 1)

When you throw 25 touchdowns against one interceptions, you are the MVP favorite. The Saints are 9-1 and haven’t lost since opening day to the Buccaneers, and at this point, have to be considered the favorites to go to and win the Super Bowl. It’s been an incredible campaign for the 39-year-old.
