Store Black Friday hours 2018: Is GameStop open?

GameStop has everything from gaming consoles to the newest games, along with a huge selection of pop culture merchandise and memorabilia that will make great gifts for everyone on your list.

In 2018, GameStop will open at 4 p.m. local time on Thanksgiving and remain open for a good portion of the night (check individual hours, as store hours will vary by location) and then reopen at 7 a.m. local time on Black Friday. Calling ahead is a must for locations inside shopping malls, as mall hours might determine individual store hours.

If you’re looking to get the same deals but avoid the rush, most of GameStop’s amazing buys are already available online. That means you can shop now and everything delivered without having to set foot inside the store, which can free up your day on Black Friday for other shopping trips. (The opposite is true as well, as other stores have their online deals available already and so you can buy online and show up bright and early at GameStop on Friday)

Given that GameStop is such a popular Black Friday destination, expect to see long lines on both Thanksgiving and Friday. There will be deals that are exclusive to Thanksgiving and Friday, respectively, so know which day is the day to show up.
