Following the international break, the Premier League season resumes with a great matchup between Tottenham and Chelsea at Wembley Stadium. Spurs are fourth in the Premier League table with 27 points, one point behind third-place Chelsea. The result of Saturday’s game could flip the two clubs position in the table when the weekend is over.
Tottenham might be the best away team in the Premier League but they struggle in their home games at Wembley Stadium. Spurs have lost two of four home games this season. Tottenham beat Crystal Palace to win for the sixth time in seven games. Spurs will look for Harry Kane to lead the attack against Chelsea. Kane leads the club with six goals this season and should get even more opportunity to score with Dele Alli and Christian Eriksen healthy.
Maurizio Sarri has had a very successful start to his Chelsea career as the Blues are undefeated after 12 games. However, Chelsea find themselves trailing Manchester City by four points and Liverpool by two points. The Blues strong start this season can be attributed to a great start to the season from Eden Hazard and strong midfield play from N’Golo Kante and Jorginho. Hazard leads the club with seven goals and four assists over the first 12 games. While Kante and Jorginho have been great winning the ball back for Chelsea.
