It’s the final week of the college football schedule as it’s Championship Week and the slate is loaded with great games. Here are predictions for them all.
The vast majority of this week’s action takes place in the form of Conference Championship games. There are several teams trying to make up games in order to achieve bowl eligibility, but all the intrigue comes with this weekend’s high-profile matches.
The two biggest contests to watch will be the SEC and Big 12 title games. Each game has huge national implications in terms of the College Football Playoff. Oklahoma desperately needs to avenge their loss to Texas if they want to force their way in. It’s a massive game for Kyler Murray and the Sooners.
In the SEC, things are much more difficult to project. Georgia knows if they win they can crash the CFP party. They have an outside shot of making it even if they lose in a respectable fashion. Alabama is likely going to make it either way unless they let the Dawgs absolutely blow them out in Atlanta.
Without further delay, take a look at this week’s schedule and predictions. As always, the predicted winners are in bold.

As you can see, expect a lot of chalk this week. Alabama should handle Georgia pretty comfortably in the SEC title game. Texas will give Oklahoma a real challenge in the Big 12, but the Sooners have too many weapons in the end.
That doesn’t mean everything will go according to play. Keep a close eye on the Big 10 Championship game where Ohio State will try to score a ton of points to vault themselves into the CFP. The Pac 12 also has two games worth your attention when Stanford heads to Cal and Utah and Washington square off for the title.
