The final College Football Playoff Rankings will be revealed on Sunday, Dec. 2, but what time will the final four of 2018 season be revealed?

Selection Sunday in the college football world has finally arrived. On Sunday, Dec. 2, the final four teams that will compete for a National Championship will be revealed as the final 2018-19 College Football Playoff Rankings will be released. There has been plenty of shuffling in the rankings throughout the season, right up until the last week of the regular season and heading into conference championship games.

Heading into the conference championships, the top four teams in the penultimate College Football Playoff rankings were, in order, the Alabama Crimson Tide, Clemson Tigers, Notre Dame Fighting Irish and Georgia Bulldogs. Of course, the first and fourth-ranked teams were slated to go head-to-head for the SEC Championship.

That game alone had a ton of College Football Playoff implications, but so too did others. A loss for Clemson could’ve been detrimental to their chances, and the Oklahoma Sooners and Ohio State Buckeyes both needed to win their matchups to keep their chances intact as the Nos. 5 and 6 ranked teams, respectively.

All of this, however, is leading up to Selection Sunday. Yes, we’ll find out who will be playing in the New Year’s Six games, but also we will be figuring out which four teams will have a chance to vie for a National Championship and what the semifinal matchups will be. That’s all you can ask for from a Sunday in the college football world.

However, some fans don’t have time to watch every game being announced or the entire coverage of the Selection Show. They want to know when the final rankings will be revealed. So then, when will that be?

While the ESPN selection show will being at Noon ET, the four semifinalists will be announced at 12:30 p.m. ET and the final College Football Playoff rankings will be revealed at 2:00 p.m. ET. So if you can’t catch the entirety of the show, be sure you’re tuned in at that time.
