Monday’s episode sees St. Bonaventure having to enact a lockdown after Dr. Shaun Murphy (Freddie Highmore) and Dr. Alex Park (Will Yun Lee) become convinced that their two patients have caught a disease that could easily become airborne and infect everyone in its path. Of course, that then also includes the doctors and hospital staff.

Can they find a cure? Will they do so before someone else at St. Bonaventure contracts the disease? Or is the first half of this season going to end tragically with the loss of another main character? There’s only one way to find out; make sure you’re tuned in.

"Dr. Shaun Murphy and Dr. Alex Park treat two patients who collapse at the local airport and whose symptoms point to an infection that may become airborne. The staff races to contain the infection before it spreads to the rest of the patients in the ER, resulting in a hospital quarantine during the holidays."
