West Ham face Cardiff at London Stadium on Tuesday, Dec. 4. Here’s all the info you need to watch.
Following weekend games, the Premier League returns with four games on Tuesday. West Ham host Cardiff at London Stadium with both clubs looking to pick up a much-needed win. The Hammers are 13th with 15 points, while Cardiff are 16th with 11 points.
West Ham defeated Newcastle 3-0 on Saturday, with Javier Hernandez scoring twice. The Mexican international gives West Ham another scoring option up front with Marko Arnautovic and Felipe Anderson, who have each scored five goals this season. Anderson scored against Newcastle and has scored four goals in his last four games. West Ham have played much better lately, picking up eight points in their last five games. Manuel Pellegrini will likely have to make changes to his starting XI after playing many of his regulars on Saturday. Jack Wilshere will likely draw into the starting lineup after being used as a late second-half substitute against Newcastle.
Cardiff had been in the relegation zone for most of the season but after wins in two of their last three games have moved out of the bottom three. The Bluebirds scored two second-half goals to beat Wolves over the weekend. While Cardiff have played better in their recent games, they have been terrible in their away games. In six away games, the Bluebirds have picked up only one point and have been outscored 12-2.
