2019 NFL Mock Draft: Jets land N’Keal Harry
By Brad Weiss
The Arizona Cardinals pulled off an incredible victory on Sunday, as they went on the road to beat the Green Bay Packers. In fact, the win was so stunning that the Packers ended up firing their head coach because of it, as Mike McCarthy became only the second Super Bowl winning head coach to not be able to finish a season.
With the victory, the Cardinals saw their grip on the No. 2 overall pick in next April’s NFL Draft fade away, as they won their third game of the season. The San Francisco 49ers and Oakland Raiders do not figure to win many more games this season, so Arizona could be locked into the No. 3 or 4 picks by the time this thing all shakes out.
Arizona traded up during the 2018 NFL Draft to select UCLA quarterback Josh Rosen, and everything we have seen from him shows that he is going to be a good quarterback in this league. However, they need to do a better job in protecting him, and with the No. 4 overall pick, they may want to grab the best offensive lineman in this draft class.
The Alabama Crimson Tide are once again the best team in college football, and starting left tackle Jonah Williams is a big reason why. He is a guy who will be able to stay on the left side at the NFL level, giving Rosen an anchor protecting his blindside for the next ten seasons.
