The Flash season 5, episode 9 live stream: Watch Elseworlds part 1 Arrowverse crossover

The 2018 Arrowverse crossover looks like it will hit the ground running with The Flash on a special night.

The annual Arrowverse crossover has become one of the highlights of each DCTV season, but “Elseworlds” looks like it will be especially nuts, starting with bumping The Flash to Sunday night to kick things off.

As we saw at the tail end of last week’s episode of The Flash, the threat this time is about as large as it gets. Though we’ve only had a glimpse of the Monitor and the book he has, it’s apparent they can destroy or at least vastly damage entire worlds.

It remains to be seen who will unleash that power on Earth-1, but in part 1 of “Esleworlds,” Barry Allen and Oliver Queen will feel it in a very personal way as they swap bodies. The big problem, once they get their bearings, is that no one believes they’ve been switched.

Of course, Barry has some experience with the timeline being rewritten, but this appears to be something even more than that. That’s going to lead our two heroes to seek elsewhere, as in from Supergirl since she lives on another Earth. They’ll also meet Superman for the first time, so we’re going to have something of a mini Justice League right off the bat.
