The Seattle Seahawks lost a stunner this past weekend, as they went into Levi Stadium and lost to the three-win San Francisco 49ers. Heading into that game, the Seahawks were one of the hottest teams in football, but have struggled on the offensive side of the ball for two straight games now.

Still, they should be right in the mix in terms of the race for the Super Bowl in the NFC, and have a Super Bowl winning quarterback in Russell Wilson. Wilson has shown once again this season that he is one of the best in football, and the Seahawks are winning despite the fact they have had a lot of turnover all over the franchise since last season, and are dealing with the death of their owner, Paul Allen.

When it comes time for the Seahawks to draft next April, they should look to bring in a player that can really attack from the edges. Zach Allen from Boston College has established himself as one of the best in college football at doing just that over the last couple of seasons, and would be a perfect fit in the Seahawks defense.

Seattle was not expected to be a contender this season, but any team with Pete Carroll at head coach, and Wilson at quarterback cannot be counted out. They got off to a rough start, but are hitting their stride entering the last two weeks of the season, and can clinch a playoff berth with one more win.
