The Alabama Crimson Tide are a factory for NFL-caliber talent, and odds are that will continue looking at their 2019 recruiting class at early signing day.

We should probably be used to it by this point, but the Alabama Crimson Tide entered the 2019 early signing day period with the top recruiting class in college football, per 247 Sports composite rankings. This has become routine — or at least close to it — under Nick Saban and there are no plans of stopping the talent train from stopping many times in Tuscaloosa.

Coming into the early signing day period, the Crimson Tide already had two 5-stars to their credit. Safety Daxton Hill committed early in December, the No. 8 overall recruit in the country and the top player at his position. Meanwhile, strongside defensive end Antonio Alfano has been committed for some time as the third-best player at his position in this class.

On early signing day, though, Alabama came in with the potential to land even more top-tier players. The biggest of those undoubtedly was running back Trey Sanders, the fifth-ranked overall recruit and top running back of the 2019 class. What’s more, Saban and the Tide were eyeing offensive tackle Evan Neal, the fifth-ranked offensive tackle in the country.

Sanders and Neal appeared to be safe bets to commit to head to Tuscaloosa, but the biggest question of the early signing day period seemed to be Nakobe Dean. The inside linebacker from Horn Lake, MS is the 14th-ranked recruit in the country and the top prospect at his position. With a strong recruiting push from Georgia, Alabama, Auburn, LSU and Texas A&M, though, his commitment was one to watch on Wednesday.

So who do the Crimson Tide land? Let’s take a look at the Alabama early signing day class for 2019:

It’s a safe bet to say that Alabama will likely add another top prospect to their 2019 recruiting class come National Signing Day. However, they’re already, once again, sitting pretty as they stand at the early signing day period.
